Official text of the Canada-India treaty

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Canada-India treaty is the first audiovisual treaty signed since the implementation of Canada’s Policy on Audiovisual Treaty Coproduction in February 2011. Therefore, you must refer to two distinct sets of guidelines regarding the application of this treaty.

  • The guidelines applicable to audiovisual treaties that have entered into force BEFORE July 1st, 2014 are applicable to the following article :
