In order to allow more time for producers to submit their application forms for production financing, Telefilm Canada has waived the DEADLINES for English-language projects requesting less than $ 1 million for 2004/05 for the following offices: Atlantic Region, Ontario and Nunavut as well as Western Region.
It is expected, however, that deadlines for English-language projects requesting less than $1 million (applications for production) will be reinstated for fiscal 2005/06.
The April 13, 2004 and October 4, 2004 deadlines are still in effect for the Quebec Region office for English-language projects requesting less than $ 1 million.
