INDUSTRY ADVISORY 2006-2007 CANADA FEATURE FILM FUND NEW INFORMATION
Please take note that Telefilm Canada has created an Interpretation Bulletin
that describes how Telefilm will interpret Section 3 (Eligible Projects) of Telefilm
Canada's 2006-2007 Canada Feature Film Fund Guidelines, in the case of Official
Treaty Co-Productions. To access the Interpretation Bulletin please click

In addition, Sections 4.3.3 and 5.6.2 of the Guidelines (Marketing Financing
for Distributors - Repayment) have been modified. The effect of these revisions
is that distributors may recoup eligible and admissible distribution expenses
that were not part of the marketing budget supported by Telefilm, before Telefilm
is entitled to recoup the final half of its financial contribution to the marketing
