CANADA FEATURE FILM FUND 2007-2008 DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Montreal, June 4, 2007 —Telefilm Canada would like to announce revised guidelines for the Canada Feature Film Fund’s Development Program – English Language, effective for 2007-2008.
The CFFF English Language Market Working Group, together with Telefilm, have worked together to clarify the guidelines with respect to the evaluation criteria, goals, and objectives of the CFFF Development Program.
Telefilm is committed to continue working with the industry to ensure the administration of the CFFF is effective, streamlined and efficient.
Applicants will no longer be permitted to have a marketing expert in place at the packaging stage in lieu of a distributor. It is now a requirement for eligible applicants to have an acceptable distributor in place at the packaging stage.
