Montreal, June 22, 2007 —Telefilm Canada welcomes applications for its 2007/2008 International Marketing Program pilot initiatives, which have been extended for one year.
Guidelines for the International Festival Participation and International Sales Promotion Pilot Initiatives remain unchanged.

Both pilot initiatives support the participation of Canadian productions at top-level, world-class events that are most apt to generate international promotion and sales.

Application deadlines for 2007/2008

Applications to be reviewed on an on-going basis.

All submissions must be received no later than January 31, 2008, to allow for sufficient time for review and contracting applications prior to Telefilm Canada’s fiscal year end of March 31, 2008.
August 24th, 2007 – For international marketing plans to be implemented in Summer/ Fall 2007
December 1st, 2007 – For international marketing plans to be implemented in Winter/ Spring 2007/2008
