Canada Feature Film Fund: 2013-2014 Production Program guidelines for French-language productions now available
Montreal, October 26, 2012 – Telefilm Canada wishes to inform its clients that the Canada Feature Film Fund’s Production Program for French-language productions has been modified.
This program was revised as part of Telefilm’s initiative to redesign its programs, following multiple consultations with the industry. You’ll find an overview of key changes to the program, along with program guidelines, on the Production Program page.
For fiscal 2013-2014, the opening date for French-language productions with budgets of more than $1.5 million is October 29, 2012. The opening date for English-language productions and the opening date for French-language productions with budgets of less than $1.5 million will be communicated at the beginning of 2013.
Telefilm wants to propel the Canadian audiovisual industry to new levels of success through effective and efficient funding and by actively promoting Canadian content and talent, at home and abroad. Our program redesign initiative is a key step to achieving this goal.
