Description

Reporting to the Director, Performance and Quality Management the incumbent is responsible for the development, delivery, analysis of compliance and continuous improvement of information management processes, tools and documentation in accordance with Telefilm’s business needs. Also, will provide process support to process owners, as well as, contribute to the design and administration of processes under the ownership of P&Q. More specifically:

  • in collaboration with the P&Q team, using process modelling techniques, develop, recommend and maintain a framework of directives for information management and activities in compliance with Telefilm’s information management requirements and obligations (e.g., the Information Security Committee Policy, government disposition obligations, etc.)
  • maintain and update the Information Management Manual (i.e., processes, procedures and support tools)
  • inform Telefilm employees and teams about information management directives and processes flowing from the Information Management Manual
  • administer the Enrolment process (i.e., maintain and update the enrolment process inventory, ensure quality of enrolment information and continued process improvement)
  • operate, execute and report on corporate controls (e.g., audit performance management, CMF Reference Manual updating, data quality assurance)
  • track and report transactions and activities in support of quarterly quality management report

Other competencies and requirements

  • University degree in a related field
  • minimum of five (5) years’ of pertinent experience in a similar capacity involved more specifically in process design
  • advanced analysis and synthesis skills
  • solid knowledge of Excel and exposure to database software
  • ability to manage several projects simultaneously, project management and organizational skills
  • mastery of written and verbal communication skills in one of the official languages and knowledge of the second language at the BBB level
