WHEN EQUALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FROM INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES WILL BE FAVOURED

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director, Portfolio Management – CMF Programs Administrator, the incumbent will:

  • Ensure basic coordination responsibilities for all projects submitted in their respective portfolio, provide best possible front line client service, and help to fulfill the obligations of our service agreement with the CMF
  • Interact, communicate and liaise with clients; address general industry questions and queries related to specific guidelines and programs and offer client outreach and platform support throughout the application and analysis process
  • Provide project specific support to the CMF portfolio analysts; file clean-up and maintenance, company links, waiver letters, default follow-up, final costs, legacy files and archiving
  • Provide general administrative support to the CMF Program Administration team; document management, track statistics, track guideline change suggestions, track success stories within portfolio, maintain pre-application and client query logs, and track various selective and first come first served programs, and basic meeting preparation

OTHER COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • College Diploma and a minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Knowledge software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Capacity to coordinate a multitude of complex and confidential files
  • Skills of analysis and synthesis
  • Discretion, versatility, initiative, capacity to establish priorities; good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
  • Superior communications skills, verbal and written, in one or both official languages (knowledge of second language at the BBB level)
