Reminder: The General Admission Festivals Program reopens soon

Telefilm Canada would like to remind industry members that the second intake period of the General Admission Festivals Program will reopen on October 27, 2025. 

The General Admission Festivals Program provides streamlined funding to small and/or emerging film festivals that are aimed at the general public.

Festivals with start dates between April 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, can apply to this program from October 27 to 31, 2025.

Applicants are invited to carefully read the Guidelines, Essential Information Guide and list of required documents on the program’s webpage.
