Telefilm Canada releases its report on Canadian moviegoing and distribution for 2025

Based on the data analysis from the Movie Theatre Association of Canada (MTAC), the report provides an overview of the box office performance of Canadian films and theatre attendance in Canada. 

It provides a wealth of information on market share, independent film revenues, the number of films released in theaters, and the rankings of Canadian and foreign films in Canadian theaters. It also shows the evolution of box office revenues for Canadian films and all films released over the past 10 years.
