The program will include two in-person weeks in Los Angeles. The programming will take place in-person in Los Angeles, the weeks of\u202f<strong>October 26th, 2026<\/strong> and\u202f<strong>December 7th, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout this period, participants will have a unique opportunity to gain access to influential producers, financiers,\u00a0distributors\u00a0and management companies in the US. Participants will take part in conversations with industry experts, networking\u00a0events\u00a0and one-on-one meetings. Only those who can commit to the full scope of the program should apply.\u00a0<strong>All programming for this upcoming cohort will be in English.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Please note that Telefilm Canada does not provide Travel Support for participation in this initiative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications will be open until\u202f<strong>August 14th, 2026<\/strong>,\u202fand the cohort will have a target announcement date of\u202f<strong>September 15th, 2026<\/strong>. To be considered for this year&#8217;s cohort, your company needs to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be domiciled in Canada&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have previously produced horror films or films that have received international distribution&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to commit an executive to&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in two weeks of in-market, in-person program in the US in LA in October&nbsp;and December&nbsp;2026<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage applicants to apply in English, given the judges are LA based and we cannot assure that they will speak French.
