It puts forward a structured&nbsp;model&nbsp;supported by&nbsp;precise, targeted outcomes,&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;maximize the impact of Telefilm&#8217;s investments for the benefit of Canadian creators and companies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary innovation of this review is the introduction of clear, measurable performance indicators, the results of which will be made public on a periodic basis. This approach is intended to strengthen transparency and support&nbsp;data-based decision-making.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;This framework is the result of more than a year of close collaboration with the industry, supported by our action plans and concrete data on the performance of our programs,&#8221; said\u00a0<strong>Francesca Accinelli<\/strong>,\u00a0Chief Program Officer, Telefilm Canada.\u00a0&#8220;It gives us the foundation to invest more strategically,\u00a0by supporting projects at every stage and focusing\u00a0on the success of creators\u00a0and Canadian companies,\u00a0regardless of their ambitions.\u00a0This strategic framework\u00a0offers a clear direction for supporting a\u00a0strong Canadian and Indigenous cinema: a cinema capable of
