Montreal\/Toronto, July 22, 2021 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Telefilm Canada\u202fsupports\u202fthe production of\u202f29\u202fEnglish- and French-language lower budget feature film projects\u202ffrom across Canada, with a total investment of over $12 million.<\/p>\n

Following the\u00a0recent release<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0of the financial support of 12 French-language national feature film projects under the Production Program, the announcement of English-language national feature film projects will come at a later time.<\/p>\n

As mentioned in previous funding announcements, an Advisory Committee comprised of external and internal representatives evaluated the projects and made recommendations to Telefilm. Names of the Advisory Committee members will be made public once all funding decisions are announced.<\/p>\n
