data-contrast=\"auto\">also\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">inform the optimization of its<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0financing programs such as\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/telefilm.ca\/financing\/development\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Development<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/telefilm.ca\/financing\/production\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Production<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a
