id=\"program-overview\">Program overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Talent to Watch Program supports emerging filmmakers looking to finance the production stage of their first feature film project(s).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Talent to Watch Program has three streams:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Industry Partner Stream<\/strong>: For projects that are recommended by a Designated Industry Partner.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Festival Selection Stream<\/strong>: For emerging filmmakers who have directed a short film that was selected at a recognized film festival.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filmmaker Apply-Direct Stream<\/strong>: All Key Members of the Creative Team must be:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indigenous;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People of Colour;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender-diverse
