30th International Festival of Audiovisual Programs (FIPA 2017)
The International Festival of Audiovisual Programs (FIPA) is currently accepting entries for its 2017 edition.
Please note that all productions must be submitted directly to the festival.
Submission Format: DVD (2) or an Internet link (with password if needed)

Entry fees: Yes
- Must have been produced within the 12 months preceding the festival;
- For Competitive sections (except Smart Fipa), only World, International and European premieres will be taken into consideration. Priority will be given to World premiere;
- Must not have been produced for theatrical releases;
- Submitted programs in a language other than French and English need French or English subtitles.

The International Festival of Audiovisual Programs (FIPA) is considered the most significant TV festival in France and a prestigious European event. FIPA presents around 130 programmes each year, from a range of genre, in competition and in out of competition. FIPA was created to recognize and promote exceptional works in the audiovisual media and to contribute to the development of the audiovisual arts throughout the world in a spirit of cooperation and exchange.
The competition is divided into 6 sections:
- Dramas (4 episodes maximum);
- Series (26 minutes and above);
- Creative Documentaries (45 minutes and above);
- Reportages and Investigations (45 minutes and above);
- Performing Arts (45 minutes and above);
- Smart F ipa (transmedia, cross-media, web series).
The juries award a Grand prix FIPA d’Or to the best program in each of the six sections as well as some additional awards for acting, screenplay and original music.
The festival also features the Fipa Library, via streaming on a secured platform during the Festival. This service is exclusively aimed at the Fipa Industry attendees.
