Every year, during the month of April, the city of Brussels becomes the capital of all things Fantastic. The BIFFF, one of the biggest International Fantastic Film Festivals of the world (certainly the craziest), screens more than 100 movies during its 13-day marathon, ranging from Fantasy to Thriller, Sci-Fi, Cult, Horror, Anime, Experimental, underground, etc., of which some 90 features and 50 shorts in World, International, European or Belgian premiere.

In 2019, Spare Parts (Andrew Thomas Hunt), Blood Quantum (Jeff Barnaby) The Seahorse Trainer (Ricardo Bonisoli / Babak Bina), End of the Rope (Sibel Guvenc), You Don’t Know Me (Isabelle Giroux & David Emond-Ferrat), Please Speak Continuously and Describe Your Experiences as They Come to You (Brandon Cronenberg), Willa (Corey Mayne), Endgame (Magalie De Genova), Plainsong (Alexis Fortier Gauthier), Five Course Meal (James Cadden), Docking (Trevor Anderson), Wrath (John-Daniel Arauz) and Seasonal Depression (Yohann Thiou),   were among the selected films presented at the festival.
