The Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival is currently accepting applications for its upcoming edition.

Please note that all films must be submitted directly to the Festival.

ABOUT

The BIFFF is one among the biggest international fantastic film festivals with 90 features and 100 shorts screening as world, international, European, or Belgian premieres, ranging from fantasy to thriller, sci-fi, cult, horror, anime, and experimental. It attracts more than 55,000 visitors among whom are many national and international film professionals.

Concurrent to the festival, the 8th BIF Market will take place from 18 to 21 April 2023. The market presents the pitch box session, several works in progress, info sessions on the various European funding mechanisms, panels and masterclasses.

In 2021, Dusty Mancinelli & Madeleine Sims-Fewer received the Mention White Raven for their film Violation. In 2022, the feature Brain Freeze by Julien Knafo was selected.

Telefilm Canada recognizes a FEATURE FILM selection in this festival and may provide assistance through the International Promotion Program.
