FOCUS ON CANADA

In 2019, for the first time in 41 years, Canada will be the country of honor at the festival. On this occasion, the festival will pay tribute to Canadian talents by showcasing a retrospective of short films spanning the past twenty years in addition to its selection of recent films.

The Festival also features the Short Film Market, a business meeting and marketplace dedicated to short films. An average of 8,000 new titles are registered each year for the Short Film Market and made available for viewing on video terminals to 400 industry delegates (buyers, TV, distributors, festival curators, etc.).
