64th Valladolid International Film Festival

(Feature-length films, documentaries and shorts)

The Valladolid International Film Festival is currently accepting entries for its 2019 edition.

Please note that all films must be submitted directly to the festival.

Eligibility

All films submitted to the festival must comply with the following conditions:

• Produced after October 1, 2018 with no previous commercial, online, DVD, video or TV screening in Spain;
• Have not screened at any other film festival in Spain;
• Films over 60 minutes are considered feature-lengths, and shorts films must not exceed 30 minutes.

As one of Europe’s oldest festivals, Valladolid has always been characterised by its willingness to take risks and to innovate in its programming. The international sections are: the Official, Meeting Point and Time of history. The festival grants cash awards for feature length and short films of a total value of around 100 000 € in the different categories.

Telefilm Canada recognizes selection to this festival as part of its Success Index and for application to its Participation to international festivals and events support program.
