ABOUT
CANNESERIES is dedicated to showcasing the best series from around the world through a selection of new and innovative international series. The Festival’s ambition is to bring out the talents of tomorrow, but also to confirm accomplished artists through ambitious international competitions for series of all genres and formats.
In terms of professional events, the Festival, which runs in parallel with MIPTV, brings together professionals and scriptwriters for activities such as the CANNESERIES Writers Club, the MIP x CANNESERIES Connection and CANNESERIES Unlimited.
In 2023, the drama series Good Morning Chuck (Or the Art of Harm Reduction) L’air d’aller and Streams flow from a river were in competition, while Lac Mégantic was selected in the documentary competition.
