REGISTRATION PROCESS AND SCREENING MATERIAL
- Complete the Telefilm application before March 29, 2024.
- If your downloadable Vimeo screening link is not available at the time of submission, please send it to Mahnoor.Masood@telefilm.ca
- Screener links for the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival can be provided no later than April 11, 2024.
Your image editing must be final. The programmers are used to viewing work at the post-production stage (i.e. with no colour corrected, no sound mix, no final music, etc.) and, as such, know how to “fill in the technical gaps.”
SELECTION PROCESS
The festival programmer will screen and evaluate the films submitted in Prague.
Once the screenings are complete, the programmer will provide the list of pre-selected films to Telefilm Canada. Telefilm Canada will inform applicants whether their film has been pre-selected or not. Pre-selected films will be evaluated by the rest of the programming team in Prague.
The Festival will announce their final selection a few weeks before the festival.
