The Cinekid Festival is currently accepting entries for its 2022 edition.

Please note that all films must be submitted directly to the festival.

• Must at least be a Dutch premiere
• Must have been released after August 2021.

About

Cinekid Festival is the largest children’s media festival in the world. Children aged between 3 and 14 years can watch new, unusual, and striking films and television productions and meet their creators.

The festival programs fifteen features in its competition. Around 50 short films are presented in themed programmes or as preludes before a feature film screening. Three Cinekid Lion Jury Awards are given in three categories (Animation, Documentary, Live-Action).

Telefilm Canada recognizes selection of a feature film in the festival for applications to its International Promotion program.
