The Forum of the Festival International du Film Francophone de Namur is currently accepting applications for its 2019 edition.

*Please note that all projects must be submitted directly to the Forum fiffpro@fiff.be.

Eligibility

• Participating producers and authors must be citizens of a French-speaking country, and the production company must be headquartered in a French-speaking country;
• Submitted projects must have secured or be close to securing partial funding;
• The Feature-length fiction script must be written in French.

This year, the Festival International du Film Francophone de Namur is holding the 15th annual Forum de Namur – Du développement au co-développement. The Forum grew out of a desire shared by FIFF and its partners to reflect on the filmmaking process with the aim of providing increasingly appropriate and effective support for French-speaking filmmakers at the project development stage.

Taking place over four days, the Forum will allow the producers and scriptwriters of French-language feature film projects to benefit from the advice and recommendations of well-known experts that will enable them to assess and strengthen the feasibility of their projects.

Meal and accommodation costs for the producers and writers of selected projects are covered by the Workshop. Producers and writers are responsible for their own travel costs.

Telefilm Canada recognizes selection to this Festival and provides assistance through the International Festival Participation Program.
