ABOUT
Cinekid Festival is the largest children’s media festival in the world. Children aged between 3 and 14 years can watch new, unusual and striking films and television productions and meet their creators. They also get a chance to explore the mini MediaLab: a playful area filled with interactive art installations, workshops, games and apps. Cinekid for Professionals, an international multi-day event for the children’s media industry, also runs during the Cinekid Festival.
This year, the festival is also seeking international high-quality episodic productions that are interested in having their international premiere at Cinekid Festival 2023. If you have a production that you think would be a good fit for the festival, please don’t hesitate to contact the festival.
Telefilm Canada recognizes selection of a feature film or a project in the Junior Co-production Market in the Festival for applications to its International Promotion Program.
