Telefilm Canada is currently accepting entries of FEATURES FILMS on behalf of the Cannes Film Festival for the selection screenings to be held in Montréal from February 27 to March 16, 2017.

The invited programmers will be screening feature-length narratives in a theater in Montreal. The Festival waives its entry fees for films submitted to the selection screenings in Montréal.
Three invited delegates, each representing the selection committee of their respective section, will separately screen Canadian feature films for:

• The 70^th Festival de Cannes – Sélection Officielle (Selection screenings from March 13th to 16th)
  Includes : Competition, Out of Competition et Un Certain Regard
• The 49^th Directors’ Fortnight (Selection screenings from February 27 to March 2nd)
• The 56^rd Critics’ Week (Selection screenings from March 6th to 9th )

**Short films must be submitted directly to the festival.**

The Cannes Film Festival is the most important festival in the world: close to 40,000 accredited professionals and 4,000 journalists attend the Festival.
