Women & Leadership: A Study of Gender Parity and Diversity in Canada’s Screen Industries
Context: WOMEN & LEADERSHIP: A Study of Gender Parity and Diversity in Canada’s Screen Industries is a study that provides an overview of the complexity of challenges women face; and a comprehensive global survey of solutions undertaken by various agencies to combat these challenges. The report covers initiatives, programs, policies, and legislation in various jurisdictions that may have moved the dial for gender parity. The study also undertook its independent research via a survey, and interviews. The goal of this study is to provide stakeholders with the tools to better understand and address the gender disparity in the screen industries.
