Co-Production Market
(Financing Forum: Feature-length narrative films in development)
The CineMart edition will be held during the International Rotterdam Film Festival Pro Days 2023 and will present projects by independent directors and producers. Feature film projects with theatrical potential can be in all stages of development, but a complete screenplay should be available during CineMart in January 2023 and the project should be set up as a natural co-production with international market potential.

ABOUT
The 52nd International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) will mark the 40th edition of CineMart, its international co-production market.
CineMart was the very first co-production platform of its kind. Each year, CineMart selects around 20 projects. Directors and producers of the selected projects can present their film to potential co-producers, funds, sales agents, distributors, broadcasters and other potential financiers.
An online catalogue with the information on the selected projects is shared prior to the event with professionals who then inform the CineMart of their interest. CineMart sets up one-on-one meetings between the project representatives and potential investors. Upon arrival in Rotterdam, all guests receive their personal meeting schedule.
The Festival and CineMart attract 3,000 professionals, including 350 distributors, sales agents, bankers, funding bodies, and TV buyers from all over the world.
Telefilm Canada recognizes the selection of a project at the market for applications to its International Promotion Program.
