COVID-19 Update: Telefilm Canada suspends physical presence at international events for the rest of this fiscal year

Employees to remain working remotely

November 18, 2020 – In light of the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, Telefilm Canada would like to inform clients that we have suspended our physical presence at international festivals and markets, including the Canada Pavilion, for the remainder of this fiscal year ending on March 31, 2021.

Instead, Telefilm Canada will ensure a robust presence for Canadian productions and talent at the virtual events and will coordinate a digital promotion campaign. Details of this presence at each event to be announced.

Telefilm Canada employees will continue to work remotely and physical offices across the country will remain closed until Spring 2021.
