Opening of the Industry Initiatives Stream of the Promotion Program

Telefilm Canada is announcing the opening dates of the Promotion Program’s Industry Initiatives Stream with minor updates to the Guidelines and the Essential Information Guide.

Opening dates:

• June 3 – 20, 2024: for activities with a start date between October 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025
• November 4 – 21, 2024: for activities with a start date between April 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025

The Industry Initiatives Stream is aimed at Canadian audiovisual industry activities such as national film, television and digital media awards ceremonies, alternative distribution networks and audiovisual industry conferences, as well as training activities including business or professional development activities focused on training, mentorship, promotion and talent.
