Telefilm Canada invites industry to participate in Export Assistance Program survey

Telefilm Canada’s Export Assistance Program is currently undergoing a strategic review as part of its corporate priorities to maximize its impact in the audiovisual support ecosystem. The program helps finance the international distribution of Canadian feature films, including promotional campaigns for theatrical releases. 

As part of the assessment process, a survey is being conducted to gather insights from Canadian producers, sales agents and distributors in the film industry. Feedback received will provide insight on the challenges, trends, and opportunities within the global film distribution market. The end goal of this exercise is to develop a reenvisioned approach to export support.
