Telefilm Canada invites industry to participate in survey for training activities

The Promotion Program’s Industry Initiatives Stream will undergo a strategic review during the 2025-2026 fiscal year. The program provides funding to activities in Canada that strengthen the industry’s capacity to promote its productions in innovative ways.

As part of the review process, a survey is being conducted to gather insights on the full range of Canadian training activities available across the audiovisual sector. Training activities include business or professional development activities focused on training, mentorship, promotion and talent.

Who can participate in this survey? 

Canadian-controlled corporations who: 

• have their head office in Canada;
• are organizing training activities for the audiovisual sector;
• are not currently supported under the Industry Initiatives program.  

The program’s review falls under one of Telefilm Canada’s corporate priorities to maximize its impact on the audiovisual industry.
