Newly appointed Dr. Angèle Beausoleil joins Telefilm Canada’s Board of Directors

March 4, 2019 – Telefilm Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Angèle Beausoleil, Assistant Professor of Business Design and Innovation at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, to the Board.

Dr. Beausoleil is the first Canadian to complete a PhD in Innovation Pedagogy and Design, which focuses on innovation literacy using business and strategic design processes and methods. Following her 25 year professional career as a strategist and lead-innovator for North American and global agencies, Dr. Beausoleil devotes her time at Rotman evolving the Business Design Major for MBAs, teaching commerce students Business Design and Creativity for Business Innovation, and leading custom executive programs on design led innovation leadership.
