Telefilm Canada offers the following clarification

Montreal, June 10, 2019 – Following the departures of three of the members of the senior leadership on April 30, 2019, Telefilm Canada wishes to inform its clients that an agreement has been concluded with Michel Pradier, Denis Pion, and Roxane Girard to the satisfaction of all parties.

Furthermore, without admission of liability of any kind whatsoever, the organization wishes to make clear that the reason for the end of their employment was without cause. In order to respect the privacy of all parties, this information has been confidential until now.

Telefilm Canada thanks Mr. Pradier, Mr. Pion, and Ms. Girard for their dedication to Telefilm and the industry, and we wish them the best in their future endeavours.
