Telefilm Canada welcomes Jeremy Spry as National Director to the Canada Media Fund Program Administration team

Today, Telefilm Canada warmly welcomes Jeremy Spry as National Director, Canada Media Fund Program Administrator. Mr. Spry will lead a team of professionals across the country who administer the television and digital media funding programs on behalf of the Canada Media Fund.

Previously, Mr. Spry was VP of Business Affairs and Executive producer at DATSIT SPHERE Inc., working on its English language productions and corporate development, as well as headed up business affairs at Muse Entertainment for several years. Mr. Spry was on the Board of Directors of the CMPA, serving on various committees.

Holding a political science degree from McGill University and law degrees from Université de Montréal and Oxford University, he began his legal career with Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, CBC/Radio-Canada, and Just for Laughs.

Mr. Spry will start as of January 8, 2020 out of the Montreal office.
