Lauren Davis appointed Regional Feature Film Executive – Western Region

Stephanie Azam, National Feature Film Executive – English Market, is pleased to announce that Lauren Davis has been appointed Regional Feature Film Executive – Western Region. The appointment came into effect on May 14, 2012.

“This appointment, of a person from Western Canada who has been working out of the Vancouver office since she started at Telefilm, underlines our commitment to fully serve all regions of the country and to implement our strategic plan in a way that takes account of the needs of our regional clients,” said Telefilm’s Executive Director Carolle Brabant. “I offer my heartfelt congratulations to Lauren, and I wish her all the best with her new duties.”

Based in Vancouver, Lauren joined Telefilm in 1998. Over the last 14 years, she has held a number of management positions within the television, feature film and business-process management teams. Most recently, she worked in the Information, Performance and Risk unit as Director, Performance and Quality Management, a position to which she was appointed in June 2009.
