Potential postal strike: register for eTelefilm today to avoid payment delays

Montreal – May 30, 2011 – As you may already be aware, Canada Post is facing a potential strike starting May 30, 2011. Any disruption to postal services may lead to delays in receiving payments if you are not currently registered for direct deposits through our eTelefilm service.

Therefore, Telefilm strongly urges all of our clients who currently do not have a secure eTelefilm account to register today.

Our online services are secure, easy to use, quick and accessible from anywhere and at any time. Over 1,600 clients currently use eTelefilm to submit an application online, follow-up on its status and progress, and to receive direct deposit payments from the Canada Feature Film Fund or the Canada Media Fund.

In addition, you can use eTelefilm to submit electronic copies of documents related to drawdown conditions and update your company’s contact information.
