Telefilm Canada announces key dates for the new Medium to Large-Scale Festivals Program and invites partners to participate in a webinar  

Telefilm Canada would like to inform the industry that key dates for the new Medium to Large-Scale Festivals Program are now available.

Opening dates

Festivals starting  between October 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024: January 3 to 30, 2023

Festivals starting between April 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024: June 27 to July 24, 2023

Webinars

In addition, Telefilm Canada invites interested festivals to participate in a webinar on the new program, during which information will be provided on key program elements, eligibility criteria and funding application requirements.

Available documents

Telefilm Canada would also like to remind interested festivals that the 2023-2024 Guidelines and Essential Information Guide for this new program were released on the program webpage on September 29. Other supporting documents such as the list of required documents and templates will be released during the week of November 21.
