Telefilm Canada’s International Promotion Program postpones closing date for this fiscal and announces dates for 2025-2026 

Telefilm Canada is extending the closing date of the International Promotion Program for fiscal year 2024-2025. The deadline for submissions will be extended from February 18 to February 25, 2025. 

Telefilm Canada would also like to inform its clients of the International Promotion Program’s opening date for fiscal year 2025-2026.  

Key dates:  

• Opening date: April 16, 2025 

• Closing date: February 25, 2026, subject to availability of funds  

The International Promotion Program provides financial support to Canadian production companies whose productions have been officially selected at an international festival, as well as to producers invited to an international coproduction forum.
