COVID-19 Update: Telefilm Mail Delivery Paused

April 14 – As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and adjust our operations accordingly, Telefilm Canada would like to advise clients that mail will not be delivered to any of Telefilm’s four regional offices until further notice.

This includes all cheques, DVDs, and packages. We ask that no materials be sent to any office. Telefilm staff will not be able to continue with mail collection in order to adhere to physical distancing guidelines. The Talent Fund is encouraging online donations in lieu of cheques at this time.

Additional information will be added to Telefilm’s COVID-19 FAQ section, and will be updated. If you have further questions, please contact your Telefilm/CMFPA analyst or financing representative for further details, so that they can provide you with available alternatives.
