Important information regarding your eTelefilm account

We wish to inform Canada Media Fund and Telefilm Canada clients that the authentication option AccessKey is being replaced by the new GC Key credential.

On October 10, 2012 the AccessKey login feature will be deactivated and will no longer be accessible. To ensure minimal disruption to your online access to eTelefilm, please migrate your account as soon as possible, as of that date, from AccessKey to a new authentication option, either GC Key or SecureKey Concierge.

When you next attempt to login to eTelefilm as of October 10, you will be presented with a set of easy instructions to help you switch over from AccessKey to your new credential of choice in just a few minutes.

About GCKey
The new GCKey will be replacing the AccessKey service and will offer a completely private and anonymous authentication method. By offering a choice of credentials, the Government of Canada is making its online services more convenient and easier to use.

In addition to GCKey, the new SecureKey Concierge login credential, which allows you to access eTelefilm using your existing online banking authentication credentials, remains available as an authentication option. Information on SecureKey Concierge was provided to our clients in July 2012.
