Telefilm announces the second opening date of the Production Program for fiscal 2023-2024

Telefilm Canada wishes to announce the second opening of the Production Program for fiscal year 2023-2024.

Eligible applications:

• Productions (including majority co-productions) with a budget over $3.5 million and a confirmed funding structure of a minimum of 50% (can include tax credits, provincial and federal, deferrals)
• Minority co-productions at all budget levels
• Post-production applications at all budget levels (excluding theatrical documentary projects)

Key dates: 
Opening: March 27, 2023
Closing: June 30, 2023, pending availability of funds

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until depletion of funds.

The Production Program supports Canadian audiovisual production companies that are looking to finance Canadian feature-length films at the production or post-production stage.
